මහරගම සහ නුගේගොඩ ප්‍රදේශය බාර Busy Lady සාමාජිකාව වන සංජීවනී මහත්මියගේ (Sajja's Kitchen) සියළු ව්‍යාපාර කටයුතු සාර්ථක වේවා..!!! එතුමියගේ කෑම වල හරිම ස්වාභාවික රසයක් තිබ්බේ. කෙමිකල් රසකාරක නොදා දේශීය අපේ කුළු බඩු රාශියක් යොදාගෙන තමයි කෑම හදලා තිබ්බේ. ලෙඩ තියන කෙනෙක්ට උනත් බය නැතිව කන්න පුලුවන් . නියම ස්වාභාවික බිරියානි එකක් කෑවේ අද තමයි. ආචාර්ය පබ්ලිස් සිල්වා මහත්තයා කියනවා වගේ දේශීය ස්වාභාවික කුළුබඩු යොදා නිපදවන මේ රටේ ආහාර සංස්කෘතිය කිසිම රටකට දෙවෙනි වෙන්නේ නැ. කුස්‌සිය කියන්නේ බෙහෙත් කුටියක්‌ ආහාර කියන්නේ බෙහෙතක්‌… නිවසක වටිනාම කොටස තමයි මුළුතැන්ගෙය. කෙනෙක්‌ මුළුතැන්ගෙයට පිවිසෙද්දී පන්සලකට යනවා වගේ හැඟීමකින් එතනට යන්න ඕන. -ආචාර්‍ය පබ්ලිස් සිල්වා-
